History
From the foundation of our parent company, M+W Group, in 1912 to the original launch of M+W Group Israel Ltd. in 2004, M+W Group has enjoyed a abundant history of services to the technology leaders of each succeeding decade.
During the past ten years, M+W Group has been at the center of innovations in clean manufacturing, cleanroom systems and components, 300mm wafer manufacturing, pharmaceutical and biotechnology research, particle physics and MEMS technology. The next decade will bring an expanding array of design and construction services while increasing our focus on serving clients who challenge the frontiers of technology.
Since its formal establishment in March 2004 as a wholly owned subsidiary of M+W Group, M+W Group Israel has won several major contracts with the US Corps of Engineers for the Upgrade of several major bases for the Israeli Air Force and for the design and construction of a large Military Operations in Urban Terrain (MOUT) Training Facility.
The M+W Group Israel core team is based on key people from the former Meissner Baran organization who successfully performed three mega-projects in Israel: 1000 Process Tools Hook-Up Design & Construction Management for a major semiconductor company in Kiryat Gat and FAB2 Turn Key project for Tower Semiconductors in Migdal Haemek, and most recently M+W Group Israel Ltd. successfully concluded works in a multi million dollar mega semiconductor project in the south of Israel involving the world’s most advanced technological developments combined with groundbreaking performance in project management.
M+W Group Israel is also providing, on an on going basis, engineering and supervision services to major semiconductor facilities in Israel.
Currently M+ W Group Israel has 160 employees and is growing fast to face new project opportunities, in Israel and abroad.
